I’ll admit, I took advantage of a few Cyber Monday deals. Amazon’s FIREDEAL was one of them. What I found going through an endless feed of Tweets, blogs, Facebook updates, emails, etc. was that of course, tablets and smart phones were hot, but so were game consoles, laptops and desktops. Basically, if you were looking for a deal on something tech, you could find it somewhere.
Even Seagate got into the act with a $100.00 off a 500GB wireless drive at Amazon.
I’m sure there were other deals to be found on storage, after all, it is a great gift to give, because with tablets, smart phones, laptops, desktops, ultrabooks, chromebooks, cameras, and consoles, there’s one thing we can never have enough of…storage. We may think we have enough today, but I bet 6 months, 12 months, 18 months from now, we won’t.

There’s nothing like those tablets, smartphones, computers, and consoles…they are the gifts that keeps on giving. You might as well make sure you’re storing what they keep giving.
Let’s face it, 5 years ago, the gift of storage may have been for a select few…today, I’m pretty sure everyone has been faced with the problem of not having enough at one point or another, so it’s cooler than ever to give a loved one a hard drive. I promise, they’ll love it.
