Seagate goes to the movies with FreeAgent Theater

Seagate FreeAgent Theater: going beyond BluRay

Seagate’s FreeAgent Go became the industry’s first dockable portable drive last fall.  Now those same 500 GB drives can be docked at your TV to watch all of your downloaded movies in your living room with the Seagate FreeAgent Theater.

The New York Times says the Seagate FreeAgent Theatre is the video equivalent of iPod speaker docks.  Sweet!

Terabyes of movies easily stored and shared between your PC, TV and friends…this is the post-BluRay future of home entertainment.
