Quick Tips for When You Have to Hide the Seagate Sexiness

As a hard drive company, one of our main goals is to make retrieving your content easy and accessible. Part of that is making devices like Seagate Backup Plus Slim or Seagate Wireless Plus with that perfect, portable size where you can take them with you anywhere. Well, except the movies. You don’t want to take your hard drives to the movies. That’s just weird and probably raises some eyebrows.

But sometimes you want to be gadget free, so what do you do with your hard dives to keep them as safe as your actual data?

Funny you should ask. I found this clever article – “6 Places to Hide Your HDD’s and Memory Cards When You’re Out of Town.”  That answers that exact question…or almost exact question.

Hey, we get it. Not everyone is going to want to have their pockets and purses filled with Seagate sexiness (though I can’t imagine why not) so what’s a tech savvy individual on holiday supposed to do?  Definitely check out this article to get some clever ideas – you won’t regret it.  Total sidebar; “Seagate Sexiness” – I really need to talk to the marketing guys about that as a potential product name. Tell me what you think of it in the comments below.

Ok, as I was saying, as portable as our portable storage devices are, sometimes you have to step away from the tech and go off the grid a bit. The article above gives some colorful tips on how to “dress down” your storage devices to hide them in plain sight.
