I’ve found that Valentine’s Day brings out some interesting emotions in people. Many seem to just look at it as another “consumer holiday” to spend money on loved ones. Others seem to resent it saying, “When you love someone, every day should be Valentine’s Day.”
Regardless of how you feel about it, you can’t ignore its allure…or it’s marketing power. I started seeing Valentine’s Day trinkets in stores in that window between Christmas and New Year’s. And here we are.
