Seagate recently commissioned TechValidate to facilitate a user survey on it’s behalf. This is the first in an ongoing series of blogs that will share the results.
Users responded to questions ranging from their pre to post Seagate EVault experiences. As such we are sifting through over 500 user surveys and over 4,000 data points.
It seemed a logical first step to share some insights into the ‘why’ question. After identifying challenges within their respective organizations, raising purchase orders, conducting due diligence and evaluating vendors…after all that why did they choose Seagate EVault products and services? And to bring that issue full circle – how has that decision worked out for them in ‘return on investment’ terms?
