Friday Just for Fun: Old School Gaming

Looks like my buddy’s dorm room back in the day.

The Motion Online did a great recap of some seriously old-school gaming systems. Check it out.

It would be cool to see what your gaming setup looks like today…just to compare. Maybe shoot it in black and white for effect, and share with us on Facebook.

I had the Atari 800XL. I decided to program Monopoly into it, but ran out of memory. 64k just isn’t enough.

First computer was an AT&T 80286 wit a 10mb hard drive. Today, we have our SWCS Systems Daedalus Prototype and Armitage Prototype. I was just talking yesterday about how amazing technology is, with how much it has changed… Just 10 years ago, the idea of a 1tb hdd was extravagant while I owned a Pentium II 266MHz tower with a 4.3GB Seagate drive. Ill have to look for pics of the old system, but you can see our prototypes on our website.
