Sometimes the universe makes my job super easy. Let’s give thanks to the fine folks at Brocade for putting together this dandy little infographic that outlines the amount of computing power that lies behind some of Hollywood’s blockbusters including Shrek the Third, Kung Fu Panda, Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen, Monsters vs. Aliens and more.

I’ve been a fan of CGI as far back as I can remember. I watch almost every Pixar or Dreamworks Animation film when they release and am still waiting for a reboot of the ReBoot TV series.
