Taking place October 2-12, the Mill Valley Film Festival is featuring a number of films that will appeal to all audiences. SeagateCreative photographer, Jim Sugar, will be featuring his own creative endeavor, (backed up on Seagate hard drives, of course) Swimming: Mind, Body and Spirit during the festival.
The film explores how and why perfectly normal people endure–and thrive–during a hard swim workout at 5:30 am, five days a week. You’ll get to see what it’s like for members of the North Bay Aquatics Masters swimmers in Larkspur, California, experience a profound physical and mental transformation while swimming more than 3,000 yards during each workout.
Tickets for the event are on sale now and Swimming: Mind, Body and Spirit will run Thursday and again on Sunday. Check the Mill Valley Film Festival website for more details.
