To the people who read and write Blogs if you have any problem with these comments get a grip on life and unwind yourself and relax. Seagate products, I use a freeagent 1TB unit and havent had a single problem with Seagate products. If you have a problem with any unit you have from Seagate make sure you read the ( INSTRUCTIONS ) BEFORE CALLING SUPncisPORT if you need the help they are there for you. I am just consumer like most of you. But the product and support staff I consider then warm helpful, just take a deep breath or two, dial the support no.# and everything will be OK!!!!
